Dates of Dimension Jump
The dates quoted are correct at time of writing. TORDFC will endeavour to honour these dates. In the unlikely event that the Weekend has to be rescheduled or cancelled, all paid-up attendees will be contacted immediately.
Venue
In the extremely unlikely event that the venue has to be changed, an alternative venue will be used, and all paid-up attendees will be contacted immediately.
Star Guests
TORDFC endeavours to enlist a line-up of star guests for Dimension Jump, including main cast, production crew, and guest cast. No guarantees can be made as to the final line-up until the Weekend itself, although past experience suggests that all or most of the main cast could well be in attendance.
Refunds
Please note that we price at the minimum possible rate and we will only be able to refund 50% if you cancel. No refunds available after 1st August 2009. The hotel also has terms regarding accommodation refunds. See Step 2 for more details.
Young persons
There are no age restrictions for attendance at Dimension Jump, however TORDFC requests that all children under 14 years of age are accompanied by a responsible adult registrant at all times during the Weekend. However, any child of age 5 or under can come for free! TORDFC, Grant Naylor Productions, The Holiday Inn and/or any of the star guests reserve the right to restrict portions of the Weekend to persons over a certain age at their discretion. Alcoholic beverages will not be available to anyone under 18 years of age. ID will be required for presentation at the discretion of The Holiday Inn.
Other Accommodation
It is possible that the The Holiday Inn will be filled over the weekend. Should a registrant be unable to stay at The Holiday Inn for this reason, several other hotels are available within a short distance. Staff at The Holiday Inn will happily refer people to one of these reserve hotels if necessary.
Recording and broadcast devices / Photography
Recording devices such as tape recorders, dictaphones and digital recording equipment are permitted at Dimension Jump as long as they don't distract other attendees. Still and video photography is also generally permitted. Broadcast of any portion of Dimension Jump in audio or visual format via the Internet or any other medium is prohibited. TORDFC, Grant Naylor Productions and/or any of the Star Guests reserve the right to request that recording/photography devices are not used for certain portions of the Weekend at their discretion. Mobile phones and pagers (except emergency paging devices) must be switched off in the main Convention Hall.
